CIC annually welcomes lakhs of New Eligible Applicants for Canadian Permanent Resident Ship. The Canadian Express entry is an online points-based application system that is used by the CIC to select skilled candidates for Canadian permanent Residency. Under which the candidates are ranked out of a score of 1200 points. They are selected based on multiple factors such as their education, work experience, language ability, etc. the candidates are given a score based on their credentials and then are entered into a pool with other candidates. There are draws every month to select candidates from the pool based on their score, following which invitation to apply is issued. To be eligible to apply under this program, a candidate must meet the benchmark set out by CIC.
